We are growing!!!

We here at Extreme Molding are expanding to meet the needs of our ever-growing customer base. With that expansion comes staffing additions. One of our most recent was the introduction of our first outside sales representative.

Penny Rodden comes to Extreme Molding with over 19 years sales experience the last five being in the plastics manufacturing arena. Penny has a background in business to business sales, plastics manufacturing, and has excellent customer support before, during and after the sale. She is ready to help the new entrepreneur phase from prototype to mass production or the established business with new projects or solve quality issues with existing projects.

Penny resides in the Buffalo, NY area and knows a bit about “extremes” from temperatures, Buffalo Bills games to the lake effect snow machine. Penny is also a proud veteran of the United States Air Force. She is ready and eager to travel to meet and discuss your silicone, plastic injection molding, packaging and fulfillment needs.
