Joanne Moon's Biography

Joanne graduated from Upsala College in New Jersey with a B.A. in English and pursued an MBA from Seton Hall University in New Jersey where she was employed by L'Oreal-Lancome cosmetics as a Production Supervisor.

Joanne became a Plant Manager and later Director of Manufacturing for CR Bard, the medical products manufacturer. After 13 years with Bard, Joanne left in 1991 to become employee number 2 of UroMed, a medical device manufacturing start-up which staged a successful IPO in 1994.

In the year 2000, Joanne became Worldwide General Manager of Healthcare Products for Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics.

In 2002 she co-founded Extreme Molding with Lynn Momrow and remains an active Managing Partner in the business.
